This Privacy Policy explains how Hive Asset Group, LLC ("Hive Asset Group", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects information when you visit hiveassetgroup.com or use any mobile application, website or software product published by Hive Asset Group, LLC (together, the "Services").

We design our products to collect as little personal information as possible. Where an individual product has practices that differ from this policy, that product will display its own supplemental notice, which will take precedence for that product.

Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, request support, or create an account in one of our products, we may receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message or any information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically

Our apps may collect limited technical information such as device model, operating-system version, app version, language, crash logs and anonymized performance diagnostics. Where possible, this data is aggregated or de-identified and is not linked to your identity.

Purchases

In-app purchases and subscriptions in our iOS apps are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment card details. We may receive a transaction identifier and subscription status to provide the content you purchased.

Information we do not collect

We do not sell personal information, and we do not track you across apps and websites owned by other companies for advertising purposes.

How we use information

• To provide, maintain and improve the Services and their features;
• To respond to your inquiries and provide customer support;
• To process transactions and manage subscriptions;
• To diagnose crashes, fix bugs and monitor performance and security;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We share information only as necessary to operate the Services, including with:

• Service providers who host our infrastructure, deliver email or provide analytics and crash reporting, under contracts that restrict their use of your data;
• Platform providers such as Apple, as needed to deliver apps and process purchases;
• Legal and safety recipients where required by law, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, the public or Hive Asset Group;
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Data retention

We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law. Support correspondence is typically retained for up to 24 months.

Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Where an app offers an account, you can delete your account from within the app or by contacting us. To make a request, email privacy@hiveassetgroup.com. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

Children

Our Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and review our practices regularly.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where changes are material, provide additional notice within the relevant Services.
