Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to hiveassetgroup.com and to the websites, mobile applications and software products published by Hive Asset Group, LLC (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes. For apps obtained from the Apple App Store, this license is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, and Apple's standard EULA applies unless a product specifies otherwise.

Accounts

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Purchases & subscriptions

Paid features purchased through the App Store are billed by Apple. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in your Apple ID account settings. Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, reverse engineering them except where permitted by law, or using them to violate any law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Services, including their software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, are owned by Hive Asset Group, LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license above, no rights are granted to you.

Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hive Asset Group, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Services.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hive Asset Group, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
